#1 Mountain pose(Tadasana)
- Stand in mountain pose with feet hip-distance apart and lift up through the legs and torso.
- Take a deep breath and raise your hands overhead, palms facing each other with arms straight. Reach up toward the sky with your fingertips.
#2 Camel Pose(Ustrasana)
- Kneel on your mat and place your hands on your hips and ensure that your knees and shoulders are in the same line, and the soles of your feet are facing the ceiling.
- Inhale and draw your tailbone in towards your pubis.
- Arch your back and gently slide your palms over your feet and straighten your arms.
- Keep your neck in a neutral position and hold your position for about 30-60 sec.
#3 Bound Angle(Baddha Konasana)
- Begin in Easy Pose-sitting comfortably on the mat raising your pelvis on a blanket if your hips or groins are tight and place the soles of the feet together.
- Bring your heels as close to your pelvis as you comfortably can.
- Sit so that the pubis in front and the tailbone in back are equidistant from the floor.
- keep in mind never force your knees down rather release the heads of the thigh bones toward the floor. When this action leads, the knees follow.
- Stay in this pose anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes.
- Then inhale, lift your knees away from the floor, and extend the legs back to their original position.
#4 Staff Pose(Dandasana)
- Sit erect or in easy pose with your legs together and extended in front of your torso.A simple way to check alignment is to sit with your back against a wall.
- Flex your feet and press your heels.
- Press your buttocks on the floor. Align your head in such a way that the crown faces the ceiling. This will straighten and lengthen your front torso perpendicular to the floor.
- Breathe normally, and hold the pose for about 20 to 30 seconds.
#5 Seated Forward Bend(Paschimottanasana)
- Sit erect on floor with your legs together and extended in front of your torso and Flex your feet and press your heels.
- Inhale, keeping the front torso long, lean forward from the hip joints, not the waist and raise your arms over your head and Stretch.
- Exhale and don't forcefully pull yourself into the forward bend. Feel the fold from your hip joints. Your chin should move towards your toes.
- Stretch out your arms and try to reach reach the furthest you can, possibly till your toes. But make sure that you don’t stretch too far.
- hold the pose and Inhale and come up back to the sitting position with your arms stretched out.
- repeat this pose for sometime.
#6 Extended Triangle pose(Utthita Trikonasana)
- Stand upright with feet about 3 feet apart, turn your right foot 90 degrees so the toes point to the short edge of the mat and the left foot is placed in at 15 degrees.
- Extend your arms out to sides, then bend over and allow your right hand to touch the floor or rest on your right leg below or above the knee, and extend the fingertips of your left hand toward the ceiling.Turn your gaze toward the ceiling, and take a deep breath.
- Stand and repeat on opposite side.
#7 Bridge pose(Setu Bandhasana)
- Lie on floor with knees bent, feet planted flat on the floor, hip distance apart.
- Place your arms at sides, palms down. Exhale, then press feet into floor as you lift hips.
- Clasp hands under lower back and press arms down, lifting hips until thighs are parallel to floor, bringing chest toward chin.Let your shoulders, feet, and arms support your weight.
- Hold the posture for 1 minute.
#8 Cat pose(Marjariasana)
- Stand on all fours, forming like table pose and your hands should be directly below your shoulders.Your knees should be placed hip-width apart.
- Inhale and raise your chin as you tilt your head backwards. Lift your gaze and your tail bone towards the sky. This pose is similar to cow pose.
- Exhale and slowly tuck your chin toward your chest as you arch your back and relax your buttocks.
- Hold the pose for a few breaths. Breathe long and deep.
#9 Child pose(Balasana)
- Sit up comfortably on your heels like table pose and spread your knees hip-width apart. Inhale.
- Bend forward and roll your torso forward, bringing your forehead to rest on the bed in front of you.
- Lower your chest as close to your knees as you comfortably can, extending your arms and place them in front of you, such that they are in line with your knees.
- Hold the pose and breathe.
#10 Corpse pose(Shavasana)
- lie down on floor, let the arms and legs drop open ensuring that there will be no disturbance for the duration of the pose.
- Make sure you are warm and comfortable, if you need to place blankets under or over your body.
- Close your eyes and take deep slow breathe.
- Stay in this pose for 5 to 15 minutes
