Her website, 'Yoga with Adriene (YWA),' also provides free yoga videos and instructions, along with paid subscriptions.
Mishler teaches yoga by combining studies of traditional yoga with developmental movements, storytelling and mindfulness. She travels across the globe and conducts yoga classes and workshops in yoga, meditation and self-care.
